The 2026 Polestar 2 has been unveiled, introducing key updates including a new battery for the entry-level variant and upgrading to a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor for enhanced infotainment. The entry-level model now features a 70 kWh battery from CATL, improving charging efficiency and slightly enhancing range to 334 miles. Despite the Polestar 2 being in production for five years, it remains a vital model as Polestar expands with the Polestar 3 and 4. Additional features include optional high-end audio from Bowers & Wilkins and new upholstery options.
For the first time since its introduction in 2020, the Polestar 2 is now available with an optional Bowers & Wilkins high-end audio system with 14 speakers and a total output of 1,350 Watts.
The newly updated Polestar 2 debuted today in Europe with an upgraded Qualcomm Snapdragon processor chip for the infotainment system, ensuring a smoother user experience.
