Databricks has expanded its EMEA leadership team by appointing Nico Gaviola and Daniel Holz, aiming to enhance regional growth. Gaviola, with extensive experience from Google Cloud, will focus on helping emerging enterprises adopt Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform and accelerate AI integration. Holz, previously with Oracle, will strengthen customer adoption and local partnerships in Central Europe, particularly in Germany and Switzerland. This strategic hiring coincides with Databricks' recent office openings across the EMEA region, including in London and Paris, further underscoring their commitment to growth in this market.
