Amsterdam-based Lemni has launched its AI-powered customer experience platform and raised $3.5M in pre-seed funding from Sequoia Capital and other investors. The funding will support the startup's product growth and global outreach. Lemni addresses common customer service issues such as automated replies and long wait times by providing businesses with custom AI agents. These agents create a seamless experience by maintaining a comprehensive history for each customer, allowing for personalized interactions and efficiency in service delivery.
"Building great product experiences starts with strong founders-that's why we're delighted to partner with Krijn and Alex on their journey," says Julien Bek, Partner Sequoia Capital.
The fund will assist the startup in accelerating product growth, expanding its team, and delivering its solution to more businesses globally.
Lemni's AI agents offer an alternative by providing businesses with digital assistants that operate from a single source of truth for each customer.
This means that every interaction begins where the last one ended, eliminating the need for customers to repeat themselves.
