The Israeli army has recovered the bodies of six Israelis held in Gaza, intensifying demands on Prime Minister Netanyahu to negotiate the release of remaining captives.
Chief military spokesperson, Daniel Hagari, stated at a news conference that while all captives will be sought, not all can be retrieved through military operations alone.
During a recent overnight military operation in Khan Younis, six bodies were found behind a false wall in a tunnel previously set for humanitarian use.
As negotiations continue in Doha to release captives and facilitate aid, the Israeli military reports that 109 captives are still in Gaza, with only 73 believed alive.
