The arrest (or detention) of Russia's Zuckerberg Pavel Durov is one of the most important, but mysterious global news stories, according to Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
Durov was being investigated by the national cyber-crime unit and national fraud office over alleged crimes committed on the Telegram platform.
