For March's Patch Tuesday, 57 fixes - and 7 zero-days
Briefly

In March, Microsoft released only 57 security patches, a decrease compared to previous months, yet the presence of seven zero-days necessitates prompt action from IT administrators. Along with standard updates for Microsoft Office, Edge, and Visual Studio, Adobe has introduced a critical update for Reader. Notably, issues persist with Windows 11 and Windows 10 after updates, including problems with USB-connected printers and Event Viewer errors. IT teams must remain vigilant despite the reduced number of patches due to critical vulnerabilities and ongoing issues from previous cycles.
Compared to past months, the number of security fixes released for March is down, but that doesn't mean IT admins won't be busy.
For so few patches from Microsoft this month (57), we have seven zero-days to manage with a 'Patch Now' recommendation for Windows.
Adobe is back with a critical update for Reader, but it's not been paired with a Microsoft patch.
Microsoft is still dealing with reported gaming issues (Roblox) and has two new known issues for this release cycle.
