Albania's Parliament approved a deal to hold migrants from Italy for processing, part of shared responsibility efforts amid opposition and human rights concerns.
Two processing centers will be established in Albania by Italy, costing over €600 million, to expedite asylum requests and handle migrant responsibilities until spring 2024.
