Viktor Gyokeres has ruled out a transfer to Nottingham Forest as he prepares to leave Sporting CP. After an impressive season scoring 40 goals in 41 appearances, he is eyeing a move to a Premier League club. Teams such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Newcastle United have shown interest. A previous high release clause is no longer a barrier, as he has an agreement for a lower exit fee of around 60m-70m. His international manager believes Gyokeres would excel in the Premier League due to his scoring ability.
Florian Plettenberg firmly rules out a possible move to Forest for Gyokeres, who has set his sights on joining a team capable of competing for major European honours in the future.
Gyokeres would be fantastic in the Premier League, as he could play for any club in the world and he would score a lot of goals anywhere.
