After their disappointing start to the Premier League, Manchester United's board may soon need to make a crucial decision regarding manager Erik ten Hag, whose future is in doubt.
Fabrizio Romano stated on The Debrief Podcast that there is no immediate danger for Erik ten Hag, despite pressure mounting after poor performances in recent matches. He highlighted that Manchester United are not currently negotiating with any potential replacements.
Romano highlighted that while there are no immediate plans to replace Erik ten Hag, the club is prepared with potential candidates including Gareth Southgate and Thomas Tuchel, should the need arise.
He stated that INEOS has considerable football experience, implying that should they decide to look for a new manager, they will be ready with suitable candidates.
