Manchester United right-back Diogo Dalot praised Scott McTominay for his goal-scoring mentality, saying it's what the club needs for Champions League qualification.
"I think every time he comes on the pitch, he has that mentality of trying to score goals and trying to help the team," United right-back Dalot said.
McTominay's goal against Aston Villa was his seventh of the season, with four of them coming from the bench. This equals the league-high tally for goals scored as a substitute, shared with Brighton striker Joao Pedro.
The bullet header allowed sixth-placed United to reduce the gap to Villa in fifth to five points, with Tottenham a point better off in fourth.
