Arsenal became the second club in English football history to achieve 2,000 top flight wins, following a dominant victory against Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium.
It took Arsenal 4,335 games and 120 years to reach 2,000 top flight wins, with their first recorded victory in 1904 against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Mikel Arteta’s team showcased their skills on the field, securing a comfortable win with goals from Bukayo Saka, Thomas Partey, and Ethan Nwaneri.
With Arsene Wenger contributing significantly to the tally with 486 wins, the current coach Arteta has amassed 109 league wins since taking charge in 2019.
