Angelo Ogbonna is set to join Watford on a free transfer as a deal has been verbally agreed with the Italian center-back. He will replace Wesley Hoedt, who is moving to the Saudi Pro League.
Ogbonna, 36, was a significant player for West Ham from 2015 to 2024, making 201 Premier League appearances, scoring eight goals, providing one assist, and keeping 45 clean sheets.
