Some students are pro-Israel, conservative, or religious. They fear being treated unfairly by faculty who are hostile to their beliefs and worry about exclusion from academic opportunities and social activities.
My advice is: Don't hide and don't be silent. Exercise and defend your right to think for yourself and dissent from campus orthodoxies; do not build an identity around grievances.
