The funding aims to prepare students for high-wage employment in industries such as electric vehicles, eco-friendly HVAC systems, and clean diesel technologies, responding to regional labor market demands.
Through a collaborative effort with local colleges, MetroED ensures that high school and adult students in Santa Clara County are equipped with necessary skills for the future job market.
Students at Stratford San Jose Middle School also participated in Hour of Code Week, engaging with AI experts and mentoring younger students in various coding and technology disciplines.
