WALNUT CREEK Students were dismissed early from Las Lomas High School on Friday after police and Contra Costa County sheriff's deputies raced to the scene on unsubstantiated reports that an active shooter was on campus.Walnut Creek police Lt. Holley Connors emphasized in a 1:09 p.m. email that none of the reports were substantiated and that there was no evidence of any shooter on campus.
