Mamacita, a fast-casual Mexican spot, opened in Emeryville's Public Market offering tacos, burritos, quesadillas and both red and green pozole at 5959 Shellmound St. Tokyo Central will open on Jan. 31 at 5603 Bay St., offering imported Japanese groceries, to-go sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, ramen, beauty items and a dine-in Handroll Factory with assorted hand rolls.
