Oakland resident Keith Martin, 45, was arrested on Feb. 7 for trying to cash fraudulent checks - one for $1,200 earlier in the day at a nearby branch.
Martin was located by police in a car leaving the area, along with two other individuals, Genaro Famarin, 44, and Jeremy Ashworth, 47 - both residents of Oakland.
