Suspect arrested in $12,000 San Leandro burglary

San Leandro police have arrested a 19-year-old man from Oakland in connection with a $12,000 burglary that occurred on March 18. The suspect allegedly stole cash, a Rolex watch, and a Louis Vuitton wallet. Following his arrest on April 2 at an AutoZone, police found a stolen gun in his possession, linking him to another incident. Despite being released on bail, he was ordered not to possess firearms and is scheduled to appear in court on April 30.
The 19-year-old suspect was arrested after a home burglary where he stole $12,000 worth of valuables and was found with a stolen firearm.
Police are investigating the suspect for potential involvement in another break-in at an AutoZone following a foot chase leading to his arrest.
