Police have identified a man who was shot and killed after a motorcycle collided with his vehicle, prompting a gunman to pull up and open fire from another car.
Bahta and another man were driving through Oakland when a motorcycle collided into their vehicle. After the driver began to yell at Bahta and his friend, another vehicle pulled up, and a gunman opened fire, striking Bahta, authorities said.
