Since 2016, Anthony Tam has transitioned from a corporate job to owning Anton SV Patisserie, renowned for its exquisite mille crepe cakes. He learned to make these cakes from his brother in Malaysia and perfected the recipes for the Bay Area's climate. The first shop in San Mateo opened in October, gaining traction with flavors like hokkaido milk and tiramisu. A second location inside Stanford Shopping Center is expected to launch soon.
