"I haven't lived in Antioch long enough to know what cruising was like, but I have heard so many people say, 'bring back cruising,'…I think our elders had more fun than we do today."
The city attorney said the cruising ban was included in a section of the city's municipal code, and as such, the code will have to be updated.
