We are able to track gender and are exploring even more sophisticated methodologies around dwell time and how this is influenced by what the public come to see, time of day, weather, and cultural calendar moments.
This, in addition to our neuroscience research launched last year, as well as our more traditional research methodologies, including on-site qualitative and quantitative audience measurement, provides us with robust insights about visitors and their experiences.
