The bus driver, a Wilmington man, is being summonsed to Woburn District Court, and police are seeking two charges against him: assault and battery and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. "The defendant is not being identified at this time since he faces a criminal summons instead of arrest," the department explained in a release. "He will be identified at a later time if a criminal arraignment is scheduled." Back on Monday, Dec. 8, police were notified of "potentially inappropriate social media activity" by the driver and began investigating.
