Once operational, rates will start at approximately $2,000 per night, drawing clientele looking for exclusive experiences in the Hamptons, further digitizing luxury lodging in the area.
Rowan bought the property in 2014 for a reported $6.3 million, and has turned the downhome, no-frills seafood shack into a ritzy hot spot.
A standard two- to three-night stay in a cottage runs about $2,000 per night, according to an email from Steven Jauffrineau, Alchemy's managing director.
