Helsingborg is set to become Sweden's first municipality to pilot AI solutions from Klang.ai aimed at reducing the workload of social secretaries. The initiative, involving 20 social secretaries, showcases considerable time savings and enhances operational efficiency in social services, particularly in sensitive areas such as child assessments. Klang.ai's technology not only transcribes and summarizes extensive client conversations but also prioritizes data security by deleting recordings after documentation. The project is drawing national attention and possibly setting a precedent for other municipalities.
"After working with this system, it will be hard to go back." said Sakarias Adlouni, a social secretary involved, to SVT.
