Federal officials announced their investigation into a salmonella outbreak believed to be associated with cucumbers grown in Sonora, Mexico, and distributed by SunFed Produce.
SunFed Produce has stated they are cooperating with health authorities to quickly address the issue, emphasizing their commitment to consumer safety and active collaboration with regulatory officials.
So far, 18 individuals have required hospitalization and health officials have confirmed no reported deaths associated with this ongoing salmonella outbreak.
