Boeing Says It's Changing Type of Panel That Blew Off Alaska Airlines Jet

Boeing is redesigning its door plugs to ensure their warning systems can detect malfunctions, following an incident with an Alaska Airlines jet in January.
The National Transportation Safety Board's investigation found that a 737 Max 9 left Boeing factory missing bolts that should have held in place the door plug that later blew off midair.
