To fully complete the Ancient Vows quest in Path of Exile 2, you need to find two halves of a Relic and place them in an altar.
You can place one half of the Relic on the altar before having the other half, which facilitates progress while completing the "A Crown of Stone" quest.
Relic halves drop randomly from enemies and bosses in Keth and the Bone Pits; some players report drops within an hour.
Contrary to popular belief, the Mastodon Badlands does not have the Relic; check Keth and the Bone Pits for drops.
