Zigzag Tower / Atelier FCJZ
Briefly

The design of speculative office towers often adheres to conventions such as safety concerns and natural light; however, this project embraces site geometry for design innovation.
We transformed the rectangular plan into a zigzagged configuration, which adds verticality and creates a floor plan with better views and spaces for aggregation.
The atrium design enhances the experience of verticality within the building, incorporating footbridges that connect the various levels and enrich the spatial experience.
Our structural approach uses a beam-free, reinforced-concrete system, allowing flexible open spaces and helping to maximize usable area within the building height restrictions.
