I feel like they don't need to be mutually exclusive. When pivoting between business decisions and creative decisions, I think there's definitely a balance and an art form to juggling all of it.
Before Sin, I worked in advertising for 12 years. But, on my first day at the job, I was sitting in a cubicle all day and it crushed my soul. Then later-after years of building brands-I realized I wanted to build a brand of my own. I just knew that this is what I needed to do.
