Villa W occupies 1,063 m² and reached completion in 2024. Marc Rubi served as lead architect with Ivan Ibanez on the technical team and RP2 responsible for structural engineering. Pablo Garcia Esparza provided project photography and Saltoki Home supplied products used in the build. The design treats the house as an architectural ecosystem that breathes in rhythm with nature. Lines, voids, and textures were designed to integrate with existing topography and vegetation to establish a deep contextual connection. The building embraces and adapts to the land, generating architecture that deliberately engages in dialogue with the landscape.
