Project 1374 sits in a plotted development in north Bangalore defined by well-demarcated plots, spacious roads, and organized infrastructure. Wide streets are lined with trees that divide plots and create dense canopies, offering shaded avenues. A cluster of trees abuts the project plot and provides a quiet, contained presence on the site. The design intentionally embraces that cluster, allowing the trees to extend into the home's layout and narrative. Landscape elements become an integral part of the domestic composition, linking the house to its surrounding streetscape and greenery.
