Although technology and progress have definitely made many aspects of our lives easier, we're also bombarded with so many things that make those same lives stressful.From visual or sensory overload coming from computers and phones to the information overload that we have to juggle for work and personal life, our brains and even our bodies are sometimes screaming for a break at the end of the day.
