The design returns to naturalness and raw materiality to craft calming interiors and tactile spaces. Living zones emphasize relaxation and opportunities for family members to connect, while work areas remain open, bright, and energized. The layout and material choices support natural ventilation and daylighting to address local climatic conditions. A multidisciplinary team integrated structure, MEP, and HVAC considerations to produce a cohesive residential environment that balances comfort and urban context.
