The year 2000 was a revolutionary period for Nike, defined by its Alpha Project division, which sought to dismantle conventional footwear norms. The Air Max Craze, launched during this time, represented the brand's pursuit of radical experimentation. Its design language was unlike anything that preceded it, with unconventional features that pushed the boundaries of both form and function.
To mark its 25th anniversary, Nike is bringing back the Air Max Craze with a renewed focus on its heritage while integrating modern updates. Two notable iterations have been unveiled so far: the reissue of the original 'Bright Citrus' colorway and the debut of the 'White Gold' iteration.
