"Tempo e Tempo" is a transmedia research project that explores the dual meaning of "tempo" in Portuguese, which encompasses both chronological time and weather conditions. The project investigates the juxtapositions of time and weather through image and word, aiming to create a dreamlike realm where past, present, and future converge. This research employs decentralized capture tools, engaged in a dialogue with indigenous cosmovisions while addressing perceptions within technocultures amidst climate change and surveillance, ultimately striving to establish a more-than-human visual language through weather streams.
In Tempo-Imagem, a machine scans peripherally for open access weather monitoring cameras, attempting to construct a more-than-human visual language of time.
The project investigates the juxtaposition of time and weather to search for a world where many worlds are possible, a dreamlike time where past, present, and future meet.
