The site occupies a gently sloping ridge within a lush landscape defined by large pine trees and surrounding forests. The location offers good sun conditions and contains a few dispersed wooden houses that establish a distinctive local character. The project falls under residential architecture and houses. Lead architects are Caroline Stvring, Cecilie Wille, Matthew Anderson, and Mari H. Grenns. MORFEUS arkitekter managed design and landscape architecture, with PRETRE as structural engineer, Stenberg & Co. as general contractor, and interior work by Mbelsnekker Lars Marki Terjesen and Mbelsnekker Ulf Koritzinsky.
