Nubank's New Sao Paulo Headquarters Is Pretty in Purple
Briefly

MM18 Architecture transformed a former warehouse into a modern office for Nubank, uniting employees across various departments with workstations, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and a health center.
The horizontality of the complex, with the main floor and mezzanines running long lengths, required careful division to accommodate work and relaxation spaces for employees and visitors.
The design incorporates Nubank's bold purple branding subtly through the use of wood and white elements, ensuring an industrial yet modern aesthetic throughout the office.
Sustainability was prioritized in the project, retaining existing structures and introducing tropical greenery like philodendron xanadu and monstera deliciosa to enhance the industrial feel and well-being of the corporate space.
