The ground floor houses the North of Brooklyn kitchen and takeout counter, while the upper level transforms into the Low Rise bar and dining room."
Project MRDK by David Dworkind + 19 Architects occupies 2,550 ft and is scheduled for 2025 completion. The building is located in Toronto's Etobicoke neighborhood and contains two distinct programmatic levels. The ground floor accommodates the North of Brooklyn kitchen and a takeout counter designed for vibrant, fast-paced service. The upper level houses the Low Rise bar and dining room, delivering a more refined evening experience. Multiple manufacturers supply finishes and fixtures, including 3M film, Agape, Arta Ceramics, CTL leather, DTile, Dyson, Hunter Douglas, and Wausau Tiles. Civil construction was executed by Atlas Worx.
