Node of Life Office and Residence / NoMaDoS
Briefly

The project aims to transform a neglected wooden apartment complex into a vibrant space for offices and shared residences, enhancing the city’s atmosphere.
By inheriting the history of the lumberyard and using segmented wood for exterior materials, we seek to create a long-lasting building loved by the community.
The architecture incorporates six different 'concentrations' of offices and residential spaces, establishing a bustling, comfortable environment that serves as a community hub.
The design harmonizes interior and exterior spaces, reflecting a fluctuation of 'concentration' while promoting environmental sustainability through careful insulation and airflow planning.
