Nivan Sky Gardens sits at the intersection of HITEC City and the Financial District in Hyderabad as a contemporary residential ecosystem that repositions nature at the centre of high-density living. The design uses a modular, staggered tower framework to create layered shading and inhabitable garden terraces on every projecting module, allowing the architecture to mature into a cultivated vertical forest. Residences range from 130 to almost 700 square metres and function as self-sustaining modules with adaptable layouts that grow with occupants.
