A continuous concrete plane wraps the perimeter, forming a dense outer shell that buffers heavy adjacency and creates a singular street presence. Beyond the threshold the concrete shifts inward, revealing hollowed interiors where daylight enters from above and within. A series of carved courtyards, drawn from the Indian typology, organizes the plan.
