Mori JP Tower has a lotus flower-inspired design with a glazed facade, crown of curved glass 'petals', and integrated lighting on the exterior. It houses residential, office spaces, and Aman Residences.
While not the tallest 'structure', Mori JP Tower stands out for its resilience against severe earthquakes like the Great East Japan Earthquake with a magnitude of 9.0.
