A vibrant flower garden with a pond, promenade, and viewing platform is being created in Regent's Park to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II.
The regenerated plot will open in 2026, marking what would have been the late Queen's centenary year.
The garden will feature species significant to the late Queen, favorite plants like lily of the valley, and an accessible viewing platform on a transformed water tower.
Andrew Scattergood stated the garden is designed to be a 'tranquil space for reflection, accessible to all' providing an escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
