All of the character and charm of the 1899 townhouse had been removed by its previous owners, requiring a gut renovation to bring back period-appropriate architectural features, transforming it into a dramatic, elegant home that honors its history.
Pickens designed a U-shaped floor plan for the kitchen, maximizing storage space and incorporating additional seating, inspired by the original fireplaces throughout the house for furnishings and color palette.
