The program responds to a growing family's need for comfortable daily living and regular social gatherings. A raised double-volume living room acts as the spatial and visual heart, accompanied by a sculptural feature staircase and a network of circulatory spaces that overlook and activate the central volume. Interiors prioritize an airy, serene atmosphere through mellow, tactile materials and abundant natural light, preserving continuous visual and physical connections to planted outdoor areas. Specified products include Duravit, Polystone, Rice Fields, and Sol Luminaire. Lead architect: Tan Cher Ming. Photography by Studio Periphery.
