Adapting Wada design involved retaining its essence while addressing modern needs, honoring the client’s nostalgic connection to his demolished ancestral home.
The house showcases a substantial façade of exposed brick, offering visual continuity with traditional Wadas and using locally sourced materials for thermal regulation.
The central courtyard and large glass walls enhance the connection to nature, allowing light to flood the home and reflecting a human-centric design approach.
