Extraordinary Skyscraper Features An Exoskeleton Facade That Offers Structural Support & Creates Free Space - Yanko Design
Briefly

The AGE360 skyscraper in Curitiba, Brazil, designed by Triptyque Architecture and Architects Office, stands out for its innovative exterior with a concrete exoskeleton. This design eliminates internal columns, creating a spacious interior space while also adhering to local planning regulations that restricted its height from 150 meters to 124 meters. The unique structural approach favors a central core for support, enhancing both the luxurious feel and panoramic views of the surroundings. This vision not only enriches the living experience but also preserves essential views and sunlight for adjacent areas.
The tower relies on a load-bearing facade, freeing the internal spaces from structural constraints and allowing total reversibility of layouts.
This structural approach creates a spacious interior, offering open floor plans that enhance the living experience within the residences.
