Rather than seeing jobs as a hindrance to art, it explores how artists have found inspiration in their jobs. The exhibition even has a companion catalog containing interviews and essays with 24 artists who explain how their work to make money fuels their art.
One doesn't need to be locked up in their studio, separate from the world, to create meaningful art.
