Casa Tres Patis, designed by DA.CH. Architecture and Landscape Workshop, features a landscape strategy that creates connections between the structure and its surrounding environment. Encompassed by vegetation, the site includes three distinct open areas—orchards, meadows, and ocean views—framed by denser vegetation. Entry is marked by a lemon tree courtyard, and a central linden tree offers shade. Paving transitions highlight the blend of built surroundings and nature, guiding visual movement and enhancing the overall landscape experience, resonating with the Mediterranean context.
The design of Casa Tres Patis establishes a spatial and material dialogue between architecture and the landscape, integrating open areas that represent orchards, meadows, and the sea.
Circulation is defined through gradual transitions in paving materials, emphasizing a shift from built environments to natural surroundings, and enhancing the overall experience of the space.
